Drowsiness is the Bridge to Dreams

Eyes heavy, mind adrift. Part of me is fully here, though another part is gone. Overcome by tiredness; worn by my world. My bed is a sweet haven. My solace amidst the craziness. I submerge myself into its comfort, into its bliss. The exhaustion, taking its toll in an even greater sense, brings my eyelids to a close. Darkness. Quietness. Peacefulness. All is serene. My mind floats from the world of reality and transitions to that that is ruled by a fantasy contrived by my subconscious. As the dreams run through my mind, I can’t help, but wonder what He’s trying to convey to me. What dreams are actually from Him, and which ones are the making of my own mind and desires…
